Enough to try and keep ppl quite about how bad it really is so HR can s—er and decieve more ppl to Kroger and ruin their lives.
Was this severance package offered to staff pharmacists?
Fred Meyer some got 9months pay, the rest of the month for insurance, the the ability to enroll in Cobra. I don't believe everyone was offered this.
Mot much for as long as some if these people worked for them
Here is the offer at Ralphs:
If you are highly regarded you get 1 year salary
If you are not as highly regarded you get 2 months salary
If you are not thought of at all you get no package.
