I would assume by now that DH has posted a heart-felt video saying how "difficult" this is for him. Makes you wonder how many takes it took for him to actually appear sincere. Fortunate for him, he did hire the best acting coach shareholder money can buy. Big Oscar hopes for the D-Man.

I saw that DH's reported salary for his CEO expertise was $ 12,459,068 for 2018 of which included a $ 1,549,100 cash bonus for his outstanding work. When DH was named CEO on August 3rd, 2015 Devon stock closed at $ 48.36. I don't believe dvn has achieved this price since and currently is consistently under $ 21 for a value drop of 57%.
I am confident that the BOD's could find someone out there who could destroy Devon's value as well for half that salary.
"you race to the next foundering lifeboat to help out"
is that by offering to drive a marlinspike through the keel?
Now that’s what I call vision 2020 material!
I remember an old quote from slickback hair: “if we can change the share price just one dollar do you know what that can do for our company?” Wow. Such a visionary. And now leading a company in such bad shape it’s being acquired and had to stop all capital activity!
I heard ol’ Slickback with the awesome tailor is now at the helm of a different company going through bankruptcy. I guess when you miss your chance to lead one company at the bottom, you race to the next foundering lifeboat to help out. I hope he’s continued to focus on what’s important—talking on the phone while driving.
Performs best in a solo role. The duet with ol’ Slicked back hair didn’t work out so well.
OMG! That is hilarious! Thank you I needed a laugh.
