All the answer are Rodney Mcmullen!! Ask him why in an under preforming company why he is receiving generous raises and finds the money to give himself stock. Yet he continues to reduce staff in stores. Be sure to specify in stores not including ecommerce. He will not stop till he turns Kroger into Sears holdings. Ask him about 70 hrs work weeks and daily threats. Well I guess they're not threats anymore.
We had to sign a non-disclosure to get the severance package.
I was told directly that if I were found to have went to social media, the media or even back to my store and discussed my severance package I would nullify my severance.
Nathaniel, we had a conference call on Monday at 1 pm. We were told to meet with our district Mgr on individual basis on Tuesday and Wednesday. I have appointment this morning, I’m 100 % sure I’m lay off. Been with this company 19 years and never saw lay off at store level. We have a moto “ our people are great”.
