The plan will be diversification of the 3 money makers and restructure power. First he must slow/stop free cash flow. Second bring in fresh cash to ease investors. Third fix the huge pension issue. Fourth layoff more in power and continue the consolidation of power. Gas and steam generator demands are at a global low. Everyone wants a greener source of power the only thing Power has going for its self is service contracts. Which means if a service job is due over seas why would they make the parts in the states? Logic would say cheaper to make over seas and to ship. Meanwhile the new white collar managers and engineers have no clue and can not run this place like a Starbucks Bristro.

As I see it, the plan is to:
- Downsize and stabilize Power. Present and future business will be low volume and slim profits. It's hemorrhaging cash right now. Renewables look fair to midland.
- Maximize Aviation. It's their only cash cow as of now and the future looks great with outstanding orders and excellent profit margin.
- Sell everything else that isn't nailed down and has a buyer.
- Capital and Digital. Well, good luck with those.
- Talk "lean" and "six-sigma" until Wall Street investors bite. Live off past reputation as Danaher Corp hero. Hope investors think he can do the same for GE.
Just think about all of the Upper Echelon C.E.O'$ that have "VOLUNTARILY RETIRED" up to this point...
Now ask yourself this...
