So we have a coordinator who is over each department. They are getting rid of these jobs and making it to where there is a hr/people coordinator a center store coordinator a district manager and a perishable coordinator All the existing coordinators that don't luck put and get this job will either b ed let go or given an option to take a lesser role. Store managers are not safe unless you ar ed a top performer. Co managers or ASM managers jobs are not safe as well because the will need spots opened up for the ones who must step down or the amount of asm managers in each store ate dropping. There are 3 days of sit down meetings 1 on 1 with your division manager to decide your fate. All coordinators all asm and all district staff are up for these meetings and none is truly safe.

Well in RVA 18 CoManagers and 3 Store Leaders were all let go yesterday. They called it reconstruction. Their motto is feed the human Spirit, how is this feeding the human Spirit? Right before the holidays. Granted some deserved to be fired, others not so much. Heard they're taking it back to the basics one store leader and 2 ASMs. Larger stores would get 3 ASMs.
