WATCH OUT UNIONS! You know you are next. I worked for Kroger 38years. It was not a horrible company. As I shop at Kroger now it is just unbelievable. The understaffing from mangers to baggers. The “I don’t care”attitude all over the stores. All grocery cart in the parking lot,deadflowers outside,empty shelves inside. I do not see how anyone would want to be a manger
now. Customers screaming at them all the time. ( I was not a manager) Just so sad to see good people loose their jobs because a decision was made to down size by presidents and Vice Presidents who make millions of dollars a year. Companies have no Loyalty to the workers anymore, but they expect it from the employees. I hope things work out but I’m very afraid this could be the beginning of the end.
