All of the "owned" buildings, and there were only a few, were retained by Adtalem when DeVry was sold. DeVry didn't sell the building. They are just moving out of a building that they no longer own.

@11kFRwyW-oev Columbus was one of the few campuses that DeVry owned versus leasing. It wasn't the usual model in the booming build time of 98-2003, but a few did happen. Columbus was also an oooold location.

Sold? I didn't think DeVry owned any of it's buildings anymore, that they were all leased.
