Why is Kroger going down the same path as Safeway did? First they rolled out ridiculous processes and programs that paralyzed the store managers from running their stores and now massive layoffs? Short term solution for a poor business plan. Mc Mullen needs to go!

I agree!!! I worked with Kroger for 20 years. I could see the road ahead. Quit last year. I'm glad I did. My heart just breaks for my Kroger family.
