No more shopping at Ralphs for me, letting great managers go, they should take a look at the higher management, start there!!!
At Ralphs store managers,co- mangers and most of the coordinators are being let go. They are really cleaning house and they say this is only the first round. Sad to see Kroger destroying Ralphs. Moral is so low in the stores and workers over loaded with point less tasks that take up most of the day. But when the corporate executives visit the stores they add so many extra hours to make the store look like grand opening only to pass the visit. After the visit all those added hours are taken back and the stores look like hell! Then next week store managers get threatened to lose their jobs because they added all the overtime for executive visit.
Very pathetic way to run a grocery chain!
