The people who run Kroger are so clueless that it’s absurd.
They take over start changing policies and the sales drop.
Instead of reacting to the failed policies they make more absurd, useless and failed policies.
When these new policies drive sales even more downward, it’s the employee’s fault for not following their stupid plan.
I have seen a manager get reamed for using OT when 3 people on stock crew called in.
It’s ridiculous and Kroger will not exist in 5 years with this group running things...
