If they would let the stores control their self like the old days, they would still be #1., but the people in Cincinnati wants to control everything!! Going down real fast

I believe this is what they are moving towards - they know the previous plan failed. Let the store managers run their stores and stop wasting money on micro managing everything they do.. Making them send in tons of pictures per day, all the conference calls.. All those coordinators.. BUT to do this they need SM who CAN run their stores with out all that bloated over-sight..
