It was really uplifting of our division president to send a vague generalized statement about everyone's livelihood. Like our families lives should be vaguely disregarded as not being very important while you open your worthless downtown store to glamorize your social status
I wish you and your bosses the worst well being and I hope you sleep at night thinking about all the families lives you have affected by not living our purpose or core values

I understand things coming from the top. I don’t understand how there seems to be little to no empathy or just some caring words.. KTV filmed yesterday and no mention of as we go through changes appreciate all everyone has done. The waiting game continues....... so with us being on the front line running stores, supporting associates and customers. It starts to take it’s toll. How do we plan when nothing has been determined for us or communicated. So another three or more nights of no sleep and wondering what is happening....
I am sorry it took this to happen to understand that all they preach was a joke the whole time! Every business puts profits before employees ALWAYS! !
I agree my daughter has spent over 15 yrs working her way up to assistant store manager going from store to store turning departments around making profits and improving employee service and morale becoming a strong leader for the company. 12 of those yrs were as deli manager under union protection, now that's the thanks employee`s who spent years of dedication toward this company and step out of the union protection to better the stores she's sent to and this is what she gets . . . This vague you'll find out where things lie within 10 days !
