To high pay for what they are doing, workers comp, unemployment and matching Social Security plus their pay. The american workers and the government have priced themselves right out of jobs. It is crazy money what you have to pay to have an employee. If you fire them for stealing your unemployment rate will still go up because after 6 weeks they can still draw. People wonder why they are being replaced by computers and machines.
