Extra services like window and lot cleaning will be cut out. Shelves will start to become bare and not be replenished. Regular vendors will quit showing up.
I even began asking vendors and reps if they had heard if our store was closing and found out a lot of good info that way.
Dont hold your breath on the company giving much if any notice. Good luck!!
