I find the office to be full of noisy twats.

I find team moral, productivity, and bonding increases when you are in the office together. I have the option to work from home but choose to come in because more work gets done. I’ve had jobs where I worked from home and let’s be real, you slack off as time goes on. He isn’t saying you can’t work from home if a kid is sick, or you are waiting on a repairman. All he wants is people to better collaborate and not slack off. The company has invested millions of dollars in updated facilities. Enjoy them!!

I'm sure he will. I'm sure IT will be outsourced soon. Either it will be a local company and everyone will be hired as contractors or it will goto India.

Right now he wants people to quit, as it's cheaper than paying a severance.

This is great. Mark Schmitz is smart and shrewd and is going to unscrew things. I hope he guts IT like what Stan was planning when he was talking to the consulting company to offshore most of IT and mr. man bag's entire group. A plan that was dumped for whatever reason.

We could have cut IT much deeper during Compass but there was pushback.

I work in the FTL office, and what CTXS has become is ridiculous. Exactly, “work anywhere.” A lot of talk followed up by poor product development and delivery. Workspace is a joke. If it’s so great, and easy to use, then why aren’t Citrites using it internally? So dumb. Does it s— having Elliott Mgmt in the mix? Ok, sure, but the real problem is the ineffective leadership that handles our business like it’s 1998. The simple fact is that, until it’s made a priority, regressing into work practices of yesteryear will continue.
