- GE to pay $1.5 billion U.S. fine over crisis-era subprime mortgages.
- SEC probes GE in alleged China/Brazil medical equipment scheme.
- a. Alstom sues GE for breach of train signal sales contract.
- b. France to ask GE for up to $60 million over jobs not generated.
So as soon as a miniscule bit of progress is made and the Fake News media pumps up the Ge Heads, the TRUTH comes out...

because he really has not done anything other than move forward on what Flannery had started. also, the company still has structural flaws in the industrial businesses and way too much debt. other than that he is doing a great job pulling in millions of dollars in salary for himself and the other senior level leaders at the expense of regular people losing their jobs.
