We know how cisco rolls don't we? By doing major cost cuts and layoffs across the board yearly and throughout the year without fail.
Cisco would throw it up Splunk is that distasteful and toxic. But they have no choice they're business plan and sales strategy requires a lot of money to shield them from the blowback of being a publicly traded company that requires it show value and deep cost cutting.
