I had a long career at D&B for over 30 years. Outlasted many company presidents/CEOs. Sara Matthews started the decline. She started the outsourcing to India. Go figure. Her MaxCV project costs millions and was sc-aped. Now company is private. SD is an egomaniac and chauvinist. During first townhall he noted he needed his money back for grandson's inheritance. Understandable he wants to make his investment back, but not in a year. You're terminating key employees and still having too many levels of management. Employees were once proud to say they worked there. D&B lost their credibility and respect. To those remaining employee, hood luck. By the time you're released, bet you'll get no severance.
