Think about the family’s that could wind up on the street, a home full of children a
Home full of love a home full of things that wind up on the street.
What if, what of, such a senseless prattle, such a cause without gain.
A war without bullets, A war without bombs what use is such a thing.
Infants shriek and scream with delight as they find this new thing, a voice how fun
What use is this thing, a voice without words without reason, none.
Work is home; Home is work, what have we done, what matters, what do we love
None it’s all is a blur, all of it matters, none of it matters, what have we done.
346 souls gone yet the children prattle on, no sense of lose no sense of self.
What have we done?

@12E9z0F2-9ajg – who would you be a home with none
@12E9z0F2-7vtp – or a home with some

There is no way there will not be a huge layoff within a week, if not on Friday. WARN's will be issued without question. If you think that is not certain, you live under a rock.

This is the amusing part of this site.

Layoffs we predicted after the first crash. Then after the second crash, then after the grounding. Then after the new software issue. Then dates were given 8/24, 9/18, 10/6, and 10/30.

Nothing has happened except the normal Boeing reassignments and and contractor dismissals. Boeing has always let people go throughout the year, a few here, a few there.

The problem is even with all the chicken littles here missing the mark EVERY TIME. If there is an actual layoff l, they will come out of the woodwork and say I told you so.

Its aerospace, its cyclic, there are hiring sprees and there are layoffs. Get over yourselves. That's why I left Boeing and the union, too much drama.

First of all, that is not proof of any layoffs.
It is a planning schedule, those exist every year. They are the dates there would be layoffs IF layoffs are required.

Second, that is not proof that workday is connected to the SPEEA or IAM websites
It does mean that they are using workday for the schedules but are not publicly showing the plan anymore, which is less transparent but workday has s—ed from day one. It is possible they don't know HOW to print out the schedule or it does not have the functionality to print it out.

Did I mention workday s—s

Maybe
There will be no layoffs.
Maybe
Regulators around the world will take the FAA’s word for it, When they say “the Max is good to go”
Maybe
All the regulators will see no need for a new simulator with updated training.
Maybe
All of the carriers around the world will welcome
All of their new Max aircraft and put them All into full service on day one.
Maybe
The 300 + grounded aircraft will all be retro fitted in time for delivery, if we can hire that many A&P’s
Maybe
We won’t have to flight test all of those grounded aircraft after updating them.
Maybe the whole world will just take our word for it.

If we could just get them All to drink the Cool Aid
Maybe
There will be no layoffs.

In the aviation business
Without credibility there is uncertainty

BUZZ

Wrong answer Jim.

Neither the machinist union or the SPEEA website is connected in any way to workday. They are completely separate.

Feel free to go to the website though https://www.speea.org/
Nothing there at all about layoffs or workday

However, it was a good try, Workday s—s

Just because they are hiring temp. A&P mechanics and Engineers to get the 737MAX planes ready for entry into service if recertified does not equal Boeing will not lay off across all product lines to recoup the billions they have lost—
