Now that we are aware of the changes in the severance packages, are the layoffs Thursday or Friday!?!

So what is the new package? Never heard what the old package was...
a couple theories on that. the new policies go in effect Oct 1st. so if they were to lay people off this week they would be paying for longer severances under the old plan. if they wait and do it next Friday Oct. 4th then they pay less in severance but have another week of paying employees along with medical etc. Neither option is brilliant but no one ever accused Kim and her soulless lackys and bootlickers of being brilliant
