Just a thought....I wonder how comments on this thread are read and reviewed by the TD LT and their many CoS ?
Whilst some are quite pointed and related to specific personal situations, many are well made points that could and should be taken as constructive criticism. Rather than ignored and assumed to be incorrect, perhaps they should be addressed If the LT really wants the culture to improve.... without it, the company is like an underperforming sports team whose manager has lost the locker room.
Clearly some of the past surveys have been swept under the carpet and it seems the latest version is heading the same way. Why not make a list of the relevant issues from here, demonstrate someone listens/cares and do something about instead of waiting for the share price to miraculously recover ? That simply won’t happen, even with a one page strategy and book, unless everyone is onboard and supportive.
