I wish everyone who's received meets or exceeds on PDPs were only so lucky. It seems mid/high level managers are the only ones I've heard of that are getting these "retention bonuses" (other than the 15's and below getting the $1500).
What about those in middle who are 16 and above that aren't managers?Do we not get a participation trophy too lol? I'm guessing not and that their reasoning will be the same as it has been in the past when they did stuff like this. "They already get a yearly performanced based bonus" (keyphase- PERFORMANCE BASED)
It's nothing personal against those who are not in the 16-18 bracket, it just seems quite unfair for those who are in that range . Those employees are typically the ones who get stuck with all the nonsense and aren't able to call it quits after an 8-5 workday like the lower levels. It's a shame and it surely has not gone unnoticed. Unfortunately it also isn't helping the already depleted morale.
