Fry's deserve to go down because their return policy terrible, their business model s—s, their workers has no clues what they do, I have not purchased anything from them for years now, BestBuy and Microcenter has much better service and quality. bye bye Fry!

Frys has always had a rather liberal return policy, from my experience its always been just fine and reasonable, i know they stopped video card returns or something during the mining craze, but otherwise its as good as any other store, if not better than others.
