Chief Mktg Officer and legal big wig also walked out that day. CMO apparently already has another job. Hear that CEO wants own people in the roles and could cut costs as well.

Her base was $500k + 75% of her salary as a bonus + $400k singing bonus payed in 2 payments...1 at 30 days and 1 at 1yr. Her severance is 1 yr of salary. 😉
