Anyone else hearing rumblings? If I was only hearing it from one or two people I wouldn't give it a second thought, but have heard from a few including a client this morning.

People are flocking out of Corp Support and will continue to do so. Management doesn't even care. There are no incentives for them to stay. So more work just gets dumped on those of us who remain.
Nothing happened today
Ain’t gonna happen.
Buckle up Buttercup
Nothing will happen.
They don't get rid of anyone they should! I work with a girl in sales connect who flaunts around like a chicken. Does anything she wants and who knows with her boss. Is never on time and is known for pay increases. While the others around watch this favoritism and get treated like we are her slaves. I guess if you dress the right way you can get anything from these pigs! Guess it's time to have HR look into what really happens here!
Well the former leaders of Dst are enjoying themselves at Premier. Its an organization that breeds and grooms dogs. They spend alot of time and money there. Must be nice
This company does not deserve the clients they have.
The service is horrible
And they treat people like c-ap
NEWSFLASH! WE ARE NOT DST ANYMORE! The sooner people can get that through their thick heads the better off they'll be. You can't compare this company to DST or BFDS and how they did or did not do things!
As stock price slumps, layoffs will soar. Its all connected to stock price and stock option award strike prices. We are all in financial services. We know how this works.
It really makes no sense that there would be a lay-off AFTER pay increases go into effect. Unless they plan to lay-off only people that aren’t going to get any increase...I’m getting a little so I guess I’m ok. :)
Yes more layoffs are coming. We did not meet the revenue goals for last quarter so they’re looking to see how September does. If it’s not good then they will lay people off soon. Management is trying to pinch pennies anywhere they can to help.
WARN notices are required, however Dst ignored that rule once before.
Um hello "genius"....... Have you not met DST/SSNC? They do not care about WARN ACTS!! We have been over this and over this......wake up!! They are a sinking ship!! If all the people leaving haven't been red flags to you then god help you!
No WARN notice has been filed. 60-day notice is required.
Something big will probably be them announcing we didn't hit the numbers, same as last quarter.
Again, why RIF when you aren’t going to give merit increases? I’d expect another round of people leaving after they get screwed over on their next review.
Rumor mill says something big will be happening in October.
Hogwash.
