What are the regular employee benefits at Broadcom on top of rsus, private pension and health insurance? Do they offer ESPP? Gym / fitness membership? Food subsidies? Anything else?

Not even trolling, but full on "public relations" post for Broadcom management narrative.
There are certainly decent benefits, but those come at the expense of an actual IT and HR department.
Which is great when you spend 20% of your time doing unrelated jobs to make it possible to actully get to your primary responsibilities.
Be ready to work your a#$ off.
But hey, that's what you have to deal with when your company is an inorganic m&a machine.
As long as the stock price goes up it's worthwhile to be there, but once the market corrects, it would be a difficult an unrewarding environment to stay in.
