Is it just my location or does the entire company have a huge issue with high turnover? People with most experience and knowledge keep leaving and they are replaced with people who are barely out of school - which makes the jobs of the rest of us ten times harder.
Is the management even trying to prevent this from happening? Or are they just patting each other on the back for cutting costs without paying severance?
Yes, they want let people leave the company so that they can save money. Unfortunately good resources are leaving and they are not even attempting to stop them. Management has fear of generating profits which can lead to layoffs anytime so stopping anyone doesn’t make sense to them.
High turnover?? Where is it in MetricStream. They are just showing some fake revenue to sell the company. Unfortunately talented employees are leaving but the sc-ap that should clear are not either leaving not company firing them. Everyone sustaining with boss support. Now VY left and his pets started leaving. Lot of employees are interrelated with boss support, waste resources don’t leave until their boss leave the company and until they existed in the company they can maximum can change color code for MetricStream board. Nothing else will change.
