I left before they found a way to get rid of me. I haven't had much luck finding another job but after working an 18 hour month I basically wasn't even making enough to pay for my gas to get there. So what was the point. Your going to have to move on sooner or later even if you can get away with a little more time make it count. Those who fail are those who fail to plan.

What esp. makes no sense... Old "Sears" filing adversary cases against EVERY vendor that invoiced them ... in the MONTHS preceding [not after] their bankruptcy.

A kick in the shins. These businesses are also their creditors.. the very group of businesses a bankruptcy is intended to serve! Instead Sears is claiming every invoice they paid before filing was a "fraudulent" transfer. Literally dozens of adversary filings. eg. A roofing company invoiced them for repairs to a leaking roof. Sears wants the money back!; as if the repair work and materials should have been free!

And yet Transform expects the same vendors to work with ESL? He was at the help when their goods and services were bought!

Just collecting a pay check and overtime to do nothing. Why leave?

Eh. I love the people I work with and have fun. Don't worry about the choices other people make. I'm not worried about the outcome either way.
