The TSA stipulates that your length can be up to 6 months which essentially means any time between now and 6 month. I'm also in TSA and not holding my breath that they will keep me for 6 months. My head is on the table.

I’m in sales. 98+% of my peers were told on 11/12 that they were terminated and tomorrow would be their last day.
However I was told I was on a list to transition the business until January. Yet no one knows what I am to be doing. I’ve talked with my HR “managers” and they have no idea. They are hoping that we will get some direction soon.
So NLOK pays us for sitting around and listening to the All Hands calls and read the layoff.com? I guess we are the “stranded costs” that Vincent wants to get rid of.
My transition letter says I would support the business I’m my current role. My current role is gone, as my customers are gone and I have no access to tools (SFDC, Price Lists, quoting tools, etc) and no one to approve them. Really?
Still waiting........
My TSA teammate found out from a HR group call that his last day is this week. I didn’t ask about his severance package but the layoff seemed so abrupt.
Meanwhile, my office here in the US Northeast is closing as the rest of us who remained will be moving to a CA office an hour away.
