Exactly!!! You can't tell me any judge would look at somebody's exemplary record for 25 years and believe they "suddenly" developed issues - be it discipline or any other kind. So why aren't people challenging this in court? What am I missing?
If the behavior causing disciplinary action can be shown to have occurred, then your history is irrelevent. If its he said she said, then you can bring history to prove a pattern of behavior and this is likely false. But if its documented and proven, no court will give you a pass for screwing up in the present
