Are they actually able to fill seats there? That has to be costing CDK a ton of money to hire there since it’s so competitive

They claim to have built it to recruit the best and brightest developers but they could have done that in Austin where they already had an office. Brian K, the CEO did not want to move so he built an office close to home. Hypocritical for him to spend tens of millions building an office in his home town when he bars the whole rest of the company from working from home?

A full time cdk employee in San Jose area would have to live in a park or under a bridge with their pay.
