Truck in 24 hours

Does anyone know if this rule still applies? I feel like it’s pretty much downright impossible to get this done now. Takes us about 48 to fully finish.

U must have an overnight crew- cause if your 100k a week with 4 people - 2 are on register that leaves 2 on truck and there’s no way 2 people can do a truck that size in 8 hours - we are not stupid

2 trucks a week at 100k. I run with 4 people total and each gets done in about 8 hours with overstock, trash, damages, etc.

Every other week truck -here ,
Usually 10-12 pallets - volume 28k per week - less than min hours
So it takes 72 hours and that's just the way it is ....no flexibility to sch heavy on truck day - I challenge any leader above store level to get it done quicker while esp while they are on register half the day

I am able to complete truck in 24 to 30 hours. I have to go over whatever demand is for that day by about 8 hours by taking from other days. As manager I’m not in office and non stop on my feet that day. No one does anything else that day but truck. When taking over a new store, It usually takes a few months to get employees to be in the right quadrants. They definitely need to be pushed that day if you have younger employees. But it makes the rest of the week 10% less stressful.

We're still doing truck from Monday! 24 hours is a joke.

Op here. Get truck once a week. Don’t know how you guys get it done in 24 hours though with the lack of manpower.

Do you get it every week or every other?
Every other week is 48 hours. 24 if every week.
