This is absolutely ridiculous . Those moved over to BRCM are now contractors in the system , those left behind are reporting to someone in HR . This “upto” 6 month transition is a joke and BS , they can RIF you anytime, the letter says so ! ..It’s total chaos ! Most managers are clueless, Leadership not interested in TSA folks , HR is most useless- this is the worst way to treat employees who have stood by the company through good times and bad times.
All along they deputed Art G as CEO , CFO , CMO , CxO the only one sourcebook for info .. now that has also gone away .
The FAQ and micro site has disappeared! Each one for themselves god for all - live this madness until termination day !!!!!

you have been warned by the CA people but choose to listen to your leadership giving plenty of hopes. This trick always work.
Nobody will tell you anything until your time is due to squeeze the last drop out of you. If manager tells you will be axed in a month, you will sit there not doing any work.
@11UdrYiV-3jqs Might I just say that bakeries are extremely organised businesses and require a lot of discipline from their employees - neither of which was the case at Symantec.
Here in Warsaw we have no idea, we are going to the second week and no nothing. This is especially terrible for us selected to support Enterprise, a manager said we can be fired in 6 months. And also Managers keep saying they don't know and there is no one from Symantec HR that knows something. A bakery is more organized than this company.

As long as they keep paying me salary and 100% commissions they can keep me as long as they want. I have cotton so much done around the house the month. Feels so good.
