If your staying on as an RSR you will get your retention in May
They should take care of the managers they s—, The lack of leadership is why this ship sank between managers and HR. If your a manager you have nothing to be proud of everyone of you waste of money.
I’m a dsl and nestle match my current pay for the rsr job . Can’t complain to much. Thought for sure I was going to take a pay cut. Nestle has done a good job taking care of managers during the transition.
That person has to be full of it....there was no 10k hiring bonus and never has been any christmas bonus 🙄

Not to rain on ur parades. If Nestle divests any businesses (which it will) RSRs will be eliminated.
Look at Kelloggs as ur guide. Very similar. RSRs were done in 12-18 months.
Managers that take the RSR roles will then be severed as RSRs versus managers. In other words lose money.
i got an RSR job looking forward to easy work good pay hope i don't get as fat as most of these guys. One guys told me they only work about 4 hours a day.
You keep your retention bonus but you lose your severance weeks. I’m okay with that since they gave me a 10k hiring bonus. That will help offset my lost week of severance pay.

No it’s our annual Christmas bonus we get. I didn’t think I would get mine since my last day is late November.
