My colleague was on transitional status since Day 1 and now they found out today that they are let go by week's end. They're disappointed but also mad because we were under impression the TSA employees would last for a few more months until the migration settles, products announced, etc. They felt they were strung along all this time and now, Day 3, he is terminated.

For those that were let go, when do they get their servence payment?
did anyone get any details on their TSA yet? is there a contract? i've heard nothing. also, how many were let go day one that didn't have a TSA?
From what I can tell, I think 800-900 are on TSA. There was approximately 40 that was RIF'd yesterday into today. So it seems they are working on some type of list that has some type of weight.
The TSA stipulates that your length can be up to 6 months which essentially means any time between now and 6 month. I'm also in TSA and not holding my breath that they will keep me for 6 months.
