I just got laid off. This place has the worst upper management. I'm glad I'm leaving and feel bad for the ones I'm leaving behind.

700 people cut this week. They put the ax to half of the VP and operations directors. Did way with entire sales teams. More to come in 2020 and 2021. More cuts coming to Boston. Right before the holidays too. Cold and heartless. Place is a sinking ship. Trying so hard to make up for bad financials in first quarter. Squeezed every penny. Stopped taking care of the people. Cancelled annual events. Can barely afford to order paper let alone ink and other simple stuff needed to do our jobs.
