It's hilarious listening to the call just now and the Q&A going on right now. Old people are stupid to let loose to run a business right now. Victor screeewud up big time and has been hurting the company for 4 years. He has no vision whatsoever. To even keep him in the board is an insult to the organisation

In the Town Hall, Vic’s solution was to have a beer for Oliver, how much he loved Oliver, that he was looking forward to a glass of wine. Many other references to drinking. Don’t get me wrong, I love having drinks however, I was Expecting strong strategic direction on how to address the dire business situation the company is in. Perhaps , get back to the basics that made us the most respected EDW company.

Get back to the core competencies ... EDW platform,massive parallel processing... and yes, in the cloud. Let other vendors develop the applications that ride on Teradata. The company has a terrible history of developing applications.
American Stores and DemandTec, not the background to evolve TDC into a successful SaaS company.
Sad, TDC was the optimal solution in EDW. Being acquired is probably the only salvation to boost shares off the $25 range.
VL is the one that selected OR as future CEO years before 2019.
On the positive side he's not in the new selection committee.
