OR is no visionary. He was an immature narcissist that was more concerned about making sure people THOUGHT he was great as opposed to actually being great by setting a vision, treating people with respect and working with everyone (employees, customers and partners) to RISE AS ONE! You CANNOT make it up.
There are 3 things CEO's in Corporate America really care about: Designing a New Logo to re-invent the organization, hearing themselves talk and making a huge fat paycheck. Perhaps OR was taking lessons from Marissa Mayer.
OR was googling everything he wrote from the net. He would cut and paste those write ups and call it his own. We have excellent leadership in KT, OR, VL, and other VP's. In professional services we have more clowns like SS, GH, JL, MK all on long term paid leave for last two years. Never sold a dime but somehow managed to keep the job. Someone should ask how do these id–ts get to layoff good employees when they don't even know how Teradata works. Not even OR knew how Teradata worked but he knew how to read up from Slides. He over promised and under delivered for last 12 quarters. I wouldn't be surprised if these guys end up in jail for cooking up the books. Why would you buy the stocks with good money but to misguide Wallstreet. VL should find a new CEO so he can blame others for his f'ups.

I have heard that OR is writing a new book “the sinking enterprise”. I guess It would be a great Christmas present for the board of directors, EVPs and thee remaining employees...
Lets be serious for a minute. I have read the “sentient enterprise book” from OR and I still do not understand why he is so proud. It is absolutely useless as his managerial skills are.
Raise your hand if you were a recipient of the CPC "Gift" in Cabo, OR's book. Now raise your other hand if you either left it in the public bathroom for toilet reading (or wiping) or chucked it out the window into the hotel pool and/or Pacific Ocean. TD Enterprise not lookin' so Sentient these days.
Next up: Bye Bye all the worthless friends he forced to be hired as "Top Talent" who had and have no clue about TDC business. Still, they all made small fortunes, so they are probably happy and will follow him to his next demolition job. It is just simply outrageous how many incompetent people OR hired into management positions. They should all be looking for new jobs, because they won't survive long now.
OR was not a visionary in the slightest. He was an idea machine based off of whatever he read lately in some tweet or internet tech rag. Every day a new idea is not a visionary, it is a whirling dervish of b.s. and that is no way to guide an R&D org, much less a company.
It is so embarassing for OR to only make it 9 months as CEO. How humiliating is that? I bet that the patholigical malignant narcissist that OR is, he does not even recognize this as a failure.

I guess OR is on his way to the next pervasive, sentient place wherever that is. Only he can explain, most likely a conference where he can build his own brand, it’s all about OR. Wonder what Vic the retailer, and MC’s strategy will be, along with ex Cisco router execs will be. Can’t wait for that! OR hurt a lot of people, Shane is he made a lot of money.
This analysts call is a disaster. It’s clear that MC is way over his head and VL can’t answer the OR question. Seems like TD is running out of options and is on life support remaining an independent publicly traded company.
I bet this hurts book sales...
