SAP could pick this off with penny’s on the dollar. Gotta say could not have happened to a more incompetent old guard. Wonder if all the GMs have been replaced? They should be let go immediately as they fed those BS numbers for years.

$700 million shaved off market cap after hours today. And the P/E is still outrageous. Acquisition is the only sensible alternative at this point.
