Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

So if the ceo clown is imploding the company... why is he doing it? does he walk out with millions?
1: I notice the cash register all have software issues.. is this from the lay offs?
2: my store no longer lets people do thanks for sharing, you have to sign up online? is this a push to get people online?
3: that new stupid macys bronze card is just a ploy to get people to shop online..
4: 2 managers left before xmas... i think they did a voluntary severance..so my guess is are store managers doomed?
5: I hear employee discount is going down to 15 percent and GM might be cut.
6: macys is doing a lead program taking leads and training them to be managers.. so what happens to the managers now that are training them? my guess is they are cut and the new leads get less money..
7: women shoes commission got cut down to a tier system.. 1.5 .2.5 etc so you have to sell your butt off to see any money... alot of people are not happy with this.. i also heard its going away completely.
8: in my store we cant get to the trucks or last act cause everyone is too bogged down with other things due to lack of any type of help..
9: i notice after the managers quit 2 of them..they only posted one job for them so one position got cut. same with loss prevention ( clowns)
10: Asset protection clowns.. they just blast rap music and sounds more like a party in that room then any work getting done.. they also violate policy left and right.. running off the curb etc. their manager doesn't seem to care.
11: ops merges with loss prevention..
12: I work in women shoes.. any advice on should i just stay and be fired for some bogus reason or does anyone know a lawyer to get since i feel being fired is right around the corner. im being paid the most for what i do.. i feel im now a target. im a older person. .
