I'd be thrilled to get 3 weeks for every year, but that's not correct, where did you even get that?
It's less than that now. I know someone that had just under 24 years and only got 20 weeks.
one week is pretty lame. some companies have a base of, say, 4 weeks, on top of which add the 1 week per year of service - does rockwell do that? if not, if you worked three years, you only get 3 weeks.
Severance is one week per year worked, not 15 days.
