My manager just sent me my performance review as rating of 4. Can I get promotion with that rating? Do I need a 5 for promotion? Will the performance review also shown if you are promoted?

it’s possible. but a streak of 5 better than a 4 blemish in the mix. ask yourself, manager, or mentor what u need to do to perform higher than current behavior. know qualcomm culture is to reach out and network both within and outside your division. what will separate u from the pack.
