Thread regarding AspenTech layoffs

Change is happening, but sometimes it may feel like it's moving at a slow pace. There are certainly still a few people who slowly adopt new ways of working and thinking. That's why you sometimes have to work incredibly diligently to get ideas over and change the way people think. Working from home is also not an official company policy (although most managers allow it), it’s a meh kind of situation.
