Customer Service going Offshore

If they outsource Customer Service and Fraud Alliance will fall. Customer's will have issues clients will find banks that do not have these issues such as having to talk with someone in a foreign country. Customers will continue to close accounts vendors will leave by droves Alliance Data will drop so hard and fast maybe someone will buy them out and take over.

There are too many credit cards out there all offering wo.nderful perks and discounts many are Visa and Master Cards. Why get a store card and have to deal with these issues. These people in the US are not the brightest bulb in the box...save a few dollars but drag the company down out of business.

I read from an employee in India that the equipment is old, outdated and does not work. Also told the building is run down and they get paid PEANUTS. Figured the Indian people will also be mistreated by Alliance Data.

Ha Ha that is rich too funny since speaking to a foreign person is a complaint from many customers. They set it up so that customers will be upset and not want to talk to their new customer care people....what a bunch of silly people. It is very difficult to believe they are in charge of a company that will fail quickly

Our customers want to speak to American representatives who speak clear English. Our American employees are being laid off while our American employer is hiring foreign staff from India. At the same time they're telling the remaining employees to have trust and to stand by Alliance Data as we go through this tough time while announcing 300 layoffs and led them out the door the same day.

This sounds like a bad relationship. Cheating on us with India. Scheming while telling us to trust them. Telling us everything will be ok and then breaking up with us. This is called business and spun to not sound like a bad thing =gas lighting.

Big business lacks humanity.
