A new person at this company might be fooled by the relatively decent pay and benefits, but anyone who is at this company even for only a couple of months knows exactly what I’m talking about. I've worked for a few companies in the business but never have I seen such a toxic culture and clueless management, so I guess it shouldn’t come as a surprise that people are generally unhappy and ultimately turning on each other. That being said, one has to wonder when will this dissatisfaction and toxicity in the workplace accumulate to a point when it explodes and hurts the company seriously. If you ask me, that moment will come sooner rather than later.
