I listen to our customers to understand their perspective. I then coordinate with internal resources to resolve their issue and overcome the challenge. Understand that this job is not done however until I confirm that the customers perspective and experience is what we intended it to be.
I help educate others about the concept of resilience and the components that help business's achieve it. Helping them gain awareness of their current posture and the risks associated with it and then finally the steps that should be taken to improve it.
My position is to bring value. My position is to help the customers realize our value. My position is to help you succeed in delivering this value. My position is to grow SGAS.
