Day 1 which was to be Monday 4th Nov has now been postponed to tentatively 15th Nov . What does this mean for people on transition ??

Day one will be the 4th. you will be notified thru email very quickly.
Yeah I call BS on this. Some of us in the US have gotten our last salary check covering 11/1-11/4 and know because our banks showed it to us earlier than the deposit date. So for the US, it seems that the first BRCM day is still on for 11/5.
No it's not. Still 4th for most, delayed for some jurisdictions.
For us day one 1 is planned on 5th
