Leonard Stein is his name the SVP of global affairs.
This month the SVP of Global Affairs who manages the global legal issues is gone. Perhaps a retirement but it's a stressful place to work.
The start of the new year means in February 1st individuals will be let go like clockwork. Never trust your boss they let go of high performers. Low lives.
More executives, middle managers, and individual contributors to get laid off right after Christmas holiday break. The layoffs should be democratic regardless if they're straight white men or a biracial latin and chinese lesbian. No one has a right to keep their jobs period.
In the end there are no winners.
There are constant layoffs and firings at Splunk at all levels and departments it's not a stable company.
Cold blooded. Splunk won two awards this year as best to work for women and parents and even then the head of HR got fired. Why you ask? Those awards are fake and don't reflect the real culture inside which is vile.
This week the Chief Human Resources Officer was fired by the CEO poor thing she did do many firings she got fired herself. LOL.
Licking my lips.
Yes, Chief Digital Office, Chief Information Security Officer, Senior Director of Security, and Senior Manager of HR were fired. Good.
More layoffs and attrition to come in the next 6 months. The company management is out of control and ain't qualified to do work.
If they could only get over their scandals and technical debt they might do something sharp for themselves.
Mass attrition throughout the company many in sales and product marketing have fled the company the situation has become tenuous and strenuous.
agreed
Yeah it's been a mess rather than building out offices in San Jose, CA they should move the corporate headquarters and jobs to Mexico City, Mexico.
