It's Ocala as the other 2 DC'S in Jacksonville (DDC & RRC) were consolidated into the Ocala facility.
Where in Florida was it located?
Was this the DDC in Jacksonville? If i remember correctly, this one served pretty much all of Florida and South Georgia
Pretty sure that’s Ocala warehouse in Florida which ESL obtained from Old sears in the bankruptcy through a quit claim. Lucky for ESL the property was released of all liens and liabilities through the bankruptcy so the got unencumbered . This sale only profits ESL and helps prove the point of those claiming ESL is siphoning assets out of old sears into ESLs pocket and shows how he’s doing it. So not sure what your point is
