I get cutting back. I get refocusing, regrouping, pivoting and purging. I will never forgive the decisions of the executives at Alliance Data Card Services for the lay-off of 300 family members. You let people go that dedicated their entire lives and their family lives to you. Not just a few years, their whole life. And you disposed of them in an instant. No effort was made to cut your bonus, your fancy client dinners nor your salary. You disposed of your closest family members in the most generic way possible. In a matter of minutes, you divorced your family and left them and their own family to live in fear and absolute disappointment after they dedicated their heart and soul to your profits. It boggles my mind how you can pull up to your million dollar home and sleep well for the evening. You have not only disappointed your previous associates, but their children, their spouses and their friends who thought you were better. You could have not taken a salary for a minute in an effort to add to your millions, you could have taken the advice from those loyal associates to cut costs, you could have not taken a bonus that exceeded an average associate’s annual salary. But you didn’t. Loyalty, love and family cannot be bought. Farewell to your heartless souls. I ask, what keeps you up at night? Sleep well. ADCS-a loyalty marketing company...only to the client.

So true, and so much for the best places for women to work. it is only good if you are in Melissa's inner circle, if you are not, so long! It is only a matter of time before the greed will keep them up at night! Too bad HR isn't a gate keeper, because we all know what the Accounting team and HR team have gotten away with. Sleep well!
